Our 3-year Advanced Diploma programmes combine comprehensive interdisciplinary coursework with applied technology projects, laboratory practice, and executive industry practicums in Ottawa. Accept Your Advanced Diploma Offer of Admission
To confirm your place in your programme, sign into the Cannoga Student Application Portal and submit your formal acceptance before the deadline stated on your Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
Advanced Diploma Tuition Fees & Scholarships
Advanced Diploma tuition is billed per academic term. You can view all invoices, fee breakdowns, and payment receipts directly inside the SIS Finance portal.
Approved Payment Channels: Flywire, CIBC International Student Pay, Canadian online banking (Bill Pay: Cannoga College), or major credit cards via the portal.
Canadian Study Permit & Visa (IRCC)
International students must secure an approved Canadian Study Permit prior to arriving in Ottawa.
- • Apply immediately with your official Cannoga College Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL).
- • Advanced Diploma 3-year programs provide full PGWP eligibility up to 3 years.
- • Family accompaniment: Spouses of eligible full-time students qualify for work authorizations.
- • No study permit required.
- • Provide proof of Canadian status during registration.
- • Eligible for domestic tuition schedules and Ontario funding (OSAP).
Advanced Diploma Course Enrolment & Academic Advising
Advanced Diploma programmes require 90 credits across 3 years, comprising core technical methodology, advanced electives, and an Applied Capstone Practicum Project.
4 to 5 courses (15 credits) per semester across 6 academic terms (3 years). Full-time registration is required to maintain valid immigration standing.

Activate Student IT & Lab Portal
Following confirmation deposit verification, your official Cannoga College Student ID and computing credentials are created within 24 to 48 hours.
Healthcare Coverage & Ottawa Transit
International students are automatically enrolled in the Cannoga Comprehensive Student Health Insurance Plan (providing physician care, hospital stays, prescription medicines, and emergency medical protection). Ontario residents use OHIP.
Obtain your physical Cannoga Student Photo ID Card at the Ottawa Campus Registrar Desk (81 Montreal Rd) or access your digital card for city-wide Ottawa bus/O-Train transit privileges.
Orientation & Arrival in Ottawa
Orientation Week takes place the week before semester classes begin. All incoming Advanced Diploma students are strongly encouraged to participate.
